Don really listened, and understood what I was trying to accomplish--balance, mobility, strength, and of course avoiding osteoporosis. The program he put together was not intimidating, but it was challenging enough--I could tell I was improving.  He was observant and thoughtful in coaching me to be sure I was doing the exercises correctly and would not be risking hurting myself. Don has designed a program which is effective for me, and he is available as needed to update the program as my fitness improves.
